Content: Folios 51-55. Letter from Harry White, Clerk to the Guardians of the Blything Poor Law Union to H W Parker, Assistant Secretary to the Poor Law Commission. He forwards a copy of a contribution order on the parishes of Kelsale, Carlton and Dunwich being joined to the Blything Union, which meets the view of the guardians subject to the sums being corrected and interest upon the sums or in any which way the Commission may decide. He reports that the value of workhouse furniture and stores. 'The parishes were added to the old Blything Union on its dissolution and I think it a proper arrangement and I apprehend they now require an official order for the payment of the amount of interest annually. Draft copy of order addressed to: Guardians of the Poor of the Blything Union. The churchwardens and overseers of several parishes of the Blything Poor Law Union, The clerk or clerks to the magistrates of the local petty sessions. The treasurer of the said union.
