Annotated: Mr Hurst [Norman Edward Hurst]. These averages should be reported by you officially to the Board. See report annexed. Written form showing the expenditure for the three years ending Lady Day 1854 [25 March] for the parishes of Arkengarthdale, Ellerton Abbey, Grinton, Marrick, Melbecks, Muker and Reeth.
