Long report, with multiple appendices - includes two drawings, Plate number 1 being cross-section of the Cover tier altered in 1875 (no scale), Plate number 2shows elevation of Solway Viaduct with damage done by ice, with comparison scale in feet and chains and links - both drawings compiled 27th February 1881.
