Folios 39-41. Letter from W Darby of Ulverston, Lancashire, stating that, since the home secretary would not employ him, he had amused himself 'at the expense of the Jesuits and democrats'. Enclosed is a paper, stated to have been printed at Ostend on 25 May 1793, entitled 'Copy of a Letter said to have been written by the Revd: Doctor P-----ly to the French General Santerre'.
