Philip Stephens. Mr. Foxworthy, Naval officer at Kinsale, informs us that on the 25th and 26th March, 18 transports arrived at the Cove of Cork to take on board troops, destined for North America. Lieutenant Evans, Agent for transports, informs us they sailed on 27th March in fine weather but were forced to anchor in Torbay after a gale. Lieutenant Parry, Agent for transports, informs us he sailed on 30th March from Plymouth with all his Divisions
