Folio 17. Draft letter from Local Government Board to G E Kirkland, Clerk to the Southwell Union acknowledging receipt of letter dated 11 February 1899 and forms for fees of vaccination officers. The Board cannot assent to the guardians proposals made under Vaccination Orders 1895. The guardians requested to reconsider the fees. The forms are enclosed [not included] to be amended and with fresh signatures in red and sent again to the Board. |
