Title in a round cartouche suspended from a ribbon. Scale: 1 inch to about 188 toises. Produced on the orders of M D'Aubenton, Intendant de la Marine; surveyed by M Digard de Kergüette, Engineer; drawn by Penevert. The draughtsman's pencilled grid is still visible beneath the ink of the map. |
