Minutes of London meetings between Regional Officers (formerly Regional Information Officers) and directors of the main Central Office of Information (COI) departments. As well as minutes, the files contain some related correspondence, and notes and papers on subjects due to be discussed. The conferences were mainly concerned with organisation, but policy matters were also discussed.

The first conference was held on 31 May 1946, continuing from the 44th Conference of Regional Information Officers. Between 8 and 12 meetings were held each year. From June 1958 the conferences were held at the new Central Office of Information headquarters building in Hercules Road, London SE1.
