States general of the united provinces of the Netherlands to the elector Palatine: the Netherlands and Great Britain are committed to providing 12 battalions to guarantee the empire's neutrality in northern Europe. Since the Palatine troops are nearer the place of assembly, they ask the elector to issue orders for the troops in the service of Britain and the Netherlands to march into Silesia, and the states and the queen will remunerate them on the same basis as last year. f. 3
