Description: |
Marlborough to the states general: in view of the fact that Prince Eugene has insufficient provisions on the Moselle, and the resolution of the states communicated to him, he considers it better that the army should join him in Brabant, and likewise the elector of Hanover. This has been done in concert with the states' deputies. He gives details of the progress of Eugene's forces. When they arrive he will advance straight for the enemy and try to engage them in battle. Dated at camp at Terbank. ff. 105, 106 |
