Description: |
Elector of Hanover to Marlborough: as the king of Sweden has no sort of treaty with the French, there is reason to hope he will go no further than Saxony. Action against him would only attract him to the French. He has sent Baron Coberg, one of his ministers, to the Swedish court, and advised the queen and the states general of this. He will inform them of the result. Dated at Hernhausen. ff. 523, 524 |
