Arrangement:

The original arrangement of the list has been changed. When CUST 104/1-242, 308 and 309 were accessioned CUST 104/243-307 were on temporary loan to the Manx Museum. When these were subsequently transferred it became necessary to re-arrange the list to integrate the two transfers. Consequently the records are now listed alphabetically under names of head ports, not in numerical order of piece numbers.
