Description:

1 item extracted from CO 42/172/9 (number 26). Upper Canada: River Ruscum. Eye sketch [plan] of the river from its mouth to about 2 miles upstream. The river is described in the plan as 'a small River about 17 miles from the Detroit River 10 miles from the Thames [which] affords shelter for Batteaux if the Bridge were removed from its Mouth'. This note continues with remarks on the river's depth. By J Harris, Master RN. Copy.
