Catalogue description Private Collections: Ministers and Officials

This series is composed of papers gathered by ministers and officials during either their tour of duty, or their working life in government departments which are now partially or wholly part of Welsh Office, including papers collected by them while serving with other departments. The series includes the papers of G H C Cooper, chief planner at the Welsh Office until 1974, and previously with the Ministries of Transport and Housing and Local Government.
