The Proscribed Organisation Appeals Commission is an independent tribunal established under the Terrorism Act 2000. The Lord Chancellor is responsible for appointing members of the Commission and its jurisdiction covers the whole of the United Kingdom. It has a dedicated hearing centre based in London. |
