An Independent Review Team was set up by the Minister of Agriculture to review the problem of dealing with badgers infected with bovine tuberculosis, insofar as it effected the eradication of the disease in cattle, taking into account changes in the field and research work since Lord Zuckerman reported on the problem in 1980. The findings and recommendations were published in 1986. |
