This series contains registered files of the General Agricultural Policy Division II. Administrative / biographical background:

The General Agricultural Policy Division II was established in 1968, taking over responsibility for agricultural economics, including taxation and price support, from the Economic Policy Division II, which was abolished. The division also dealt with questions relating to the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, land prices and rating of agricultural land and buildings, as well as the FEOGA (Fonds European D'Orientation et Garantie Agricole) individual projects scheme.
