This series contains press notices and notes for lobby correspondents issued from the 70 Whitehall address, covering all aspects of the machinery of government and the management of the civil service. At different dates they include announcements by, among others, the Civil Service Department, the Management and Personnel Office, the Office of the Minister for the Civil Service, the office of the Lord President of the Council, the Advisory Council for Applied Research and Development and the Advisory Council on Science and Technology.
