Description:

The records are property and land deeds which were endorsed with the Charity Commission's authority where a charity was required to obtain consent regarding a particular transaction. Such transactions include sale, exchange, surrenders and easement.

Many pieces contain maps and plans.

Note: Pieces 675-1861 were transferred to The National Archives several months before pieces 1-674, as the latter were affected by mould and were only transferred once remedial work had been completed.
