The National Assembly for Wales (Executive) took over custody from 1998 and the records stored in Neptune Point, Cardiff. The Welsh Assembly Government took over custody in 2007 and the records were stored with a third party contractor. In 2011 the Welsh Government took over custody of the records. |

The Health Planning and Building Division was a component of the Health and Social Work Department. It was responsible for the general oversight health services in the then nine district health authorities in Wales. This included regional services, centrally funded initiatives, strategic planning, the health building programme, building standards, fire precautions, estate management and NHS land matters. |
