This series contains registers of rulings for the Judge Advocate General's Office for the period from 1916 to 1995.

The details of each case heard by the Judge Advocate General record the:

  • Ruling.

Each entry provides a summary of the question being asked of the Judge Advocate General (usually whether an action, decision or order was correct and justifiable in law), and the ruling as made. The ruling was usually entered by hand for the ealier registers, and a type-wriiten slip was pasted in for later registers.
