The Executive Committee is constituted by the Board under the Potato Marketing Schemes. It consists of seven Board members, of whom at least one is a Ministerial appointee.

The Board delegates to this Committee such authority as it sees fit, and expects the Executive Committee to consider all major aspects of the running of the Scheme, and to make recommendations to it for implementation.

The Committee was suspended during 1940-1954.
