Brudenell, James: The manor or lordship of Amvell [Amble]; 32 old bolls and 4 bushels or 98 new bolls of big paid every Candlemas day by the tenants of Amble; the free warren or coney garths belonging to Amble and Hauxley; the smith's shop in Amble; the coal mines in Amble and Hauxley; the site of salt pits or salt pans in Amble with all other privileges and royalties belonging to the said lordship; four farms in Amble called the Hopehouse; two farms in Hauxley called Hauxley Fields; a tenement or free burgess house and garth in the town, fields and territories of Warkworth; and three farms with the coney warren in Todston alias Togsdon [Togstone]; Moor-houses commonly called the Low Hall in the parish of Warkworth.
