Title: | Royal Fine Art Commission: Reports |
Description: |
This series contains annual reports of the Royal Fine Arts Commission, published as Command Papers. The first report deals with a proposal to build a new bridge across the Thames at St Pauls. Also in this series are three Occasional Papers, one of which is a report on the observations of post-war reconstruction in the City of London, 1945. The format and content of the reports changed in 1962 because it proved to be ineffective. The detailed summary of specific cases considered since the previous report was replaced by a description of changes in the Commission's work over a longer period. |
