The subjects covered include complaints about the proceedings and reports of tribunals and inquiries; correspondence with them and with other bodies and individuals; the preparation of rules of procedure; and consultations over policy on such matters as the establishment of new tribunals and inquiries, procedure and visits of Council members to observe proceedings.
