The files contain formal documents completed during the bankruptcy process:- petitions, notices of appointment of administrators and meetings of creditors, affidavits, statements of affairs, orders, investigations, distribution of assets, business records and information on the bankrupt's financial situation. The statement of affairs and the public examination document provide a background narrative on the circumstances of the bankruptcy. |
