This series consists of the agendas, minutes and papers of the Management Team of the Benefits Agency, known as BAMT, which acted as the Management Board of the Executive Agency. General management of the agency was the responsibility of the Chief Executive but their work was supported by the management team which consisted both of executive directors and non executive directors from outside the organisation. BAMT was restructured in April 1996.
