This series contains various papers concerning the War of 1914-1918 (some of later date), including files of the Master-General of the Ordnance (MGO), the Director of Supplies and Transport (DST), the Director of Medical Services (DMS), the Director of Army Priority and the Director of Fortifications and Works (largely in Egypt and Palestine).
Also included are papers of the Committee on the Treatment of British Prisoners of War, reports and assessments of German manpower and casualties, unit etc histories and narratives of operations.
