Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Thomas Hatten, North Crawley, Newport Pagnell, replying to his objection to labourers being called roundsmen who were paid out of rates listed for the poor, and that the justices may probably disallow such disbursements in the [preparation] of accounts; They are not aware of any acts sanctioning the disbursement from the poor rates of money in payment.
