While there BRONX was approached by German Intelligence to act, in return for a generous salary which supported her expensive lifestyle, as a correspondence agent in the UK. She was trained and equipped to use secret writing to report and receive instructions. On her return to the UK, BRONX told SIS and was passed to MI5 as a Double Agent.
