Plaintiffs: Joan Exon widow of North Curry, Somerset (a tenant of William Wheeler esq, who had seven daughters, Anne Pitcarne, Elizabeth Bruce, Mary Vandenanker, Alice Whitehall, Joane Griffiths, Katherine Balch (who married John Balch of Spitalfields) and they had as daughter Elizabeth Atkinson, who married [unknown] Atkinson, Joan Exon and Elizabeth Moore were her heirs, Joan Exon was daughter of Elenor Watts who was daughter of John Balch of Lystock who was brother of Thomas Balch who was father of John Balch of Spitalfields).

Defendants: Charles Wood esq of Lincolns Inn and Symon Mitchell gent of Lincoln's Inn, Benjamin Gould attorney, Edward Hawsley and Elizabeth Moore.
