From (a) Joseph Barnardiston and Samuel Howes, as in Add Mss 17024, to (b) Susannah Homer of Hampstead (co. Midd.), wid. (devisee and also residuary legatee named in and beneficially interested under the Will of Sarah Fowler after the execution of the trusts therein mentioned)

Properties, as in Add Mss 17026, but Hyde now described as formerly in the tenure of Solomon Harvey, afterwards of Matthew Hards, and now of blank Linfield, wid., and Inlands and Kelsey as formerly in occ. of Richard Rapley, afterwards of Matthew Hards and now of said blank Linfield

Recites: (i) that in her Will, Sarah Fowler left her real estate and the residue of her personal estate to (a) in trust for sale to pay her legacies, bequeathing any surplus money to (b); (ii) Add Mss 17026, (iii) that (a) by sale of Sarah's real estate and her monies and effects of her personal estate have more than sufficient to satisfy her debts, funeral expenses and legacies, whereby it has become unnecessary to dispose of the estate in the above properties, and (a) stand and are possessed thereof in trust for (b), who has requested them to convey the premises to her
