Property: two undivided fifth parts of a messuage cottage or tenement with the appurt. in Great Gonerby, with the little homestead thereto adjoining, in the occupation of John Kellam, labourer; also a close in Great Gonerby with the cow pastures belonging thereto; also certain other pieces of land in Great Gonerby [all field names given]: which property 1 had acquired from John Dolby of Tinwell, Rutland, yeoman, and Thomas Dolby of Peterborough, fisherman, two of the five children of Mary Kisby, heretofore Mary Dolby, widow, living at the decease of Rebecca Clark of Threckingham, widow, formerly Rebecca Leaband, and devisees in her will, and which entire property was purchased by John Minta of Great Gonerby, farmer, from John Capet of Maxey, Northants, yeoman, and were settled by John Minta upon himself and his wife Ann (both since deceased) with remainder over to the said Rebecca Clark.
