Gift with warranty from Elias son of Bartholomew de Beausale to John son of David Gregori of Smetherwich' of an acre of arable land in Beausale, lying upon a ploughland called Askellushull', between land of William Harpecote and that of Hugh Barth' in width, and reaching from the land of the lord of Haseleye called le Oldeleynn to le Birchegrave in length; to hold of the chief lord of the fee.

 

Dated at Beausale, Sunday next after the feast of St John before the Latin Date, --- Edward III
