Between Edward Waddington of St Leonard, Shoreditch, coal merchant, and Ann his wife, formerly Ann Hale, legatee of John Hale, late of Broxbourne, Herts and Richard Lovell of Shoreditch, coachmaster and Samuel Knight of Spitalfields, victualler. In his will of 1792 John Hale left property in Roydon, Essex and The White Swan in Hoddesdon, Broxbourne should be sold and added to the proceeds from his business (unstated). Document then makes provision for daughter Ann Waddington. Dated 6 January 1794.
