Trethevis Phillip alias Trethevis Stephen; also dwelling-house, orchard and gdn. with dry-house and little shop there, part of Boscolleth, and field (1 acre) at the lane end adj. Boscolleth downs, part of Thos. Sprage's tenement, with other plots and premises in Boscolleth, with pasture for 12 sheep on the commons there, and liberty to keep pigs, geese and other poultry in Boscolleth townplace, all in Kenwyn.
