Chirograph: (1) in her widowhood to (2), for term of 6 years starting at Christmas 1311, the yearly rent of 7s which Richard de Wodelec has been used to pay her at 4 terms for that land which he held of her; also all escheats and other profits coming from it. Rent 1 peppercorn at Michaelmas for all service. Warranty.
