Description:

Letter requests the payment of dividends of two shares of the Freemasons' Tontine in the names of the author's sons, Joseph Franco and Jacob Franco. Letter also informs the recipient that he has been directed by the President of the Board of Stewards to pay Berkeley £12.12s towards the finishing of the Hall.' Document b is an additional note explaining that 'some one else has 2 other shares' on his children's lives.
