ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT between the Earl of Cholmondeley and Thomas Massie of Alpraham, yeoman, for the lease to the latter of the Brookhouse Tenement in CHORLEY, now in tenure of Samuel Cartwright, and all its lands, etc., for 7 years (from 2 different dates) at rent of £70 p.a. The following lands are mentioned:- The Big Burley Field, Black Acre, the two light Wollers, the Middle Riddings, the Sandy Bank, the further riddings. Mk. of T. Massie.
