Feoffment in a moiety of a toft or meese place adjoining a common called Kevengunley in Moorswood in the parish of Moore, and a moiety of a leasowe or pasture called the Over leasowe where the said toft or meese place now is, and the moiety of a leasow or pasture called Over Cayhoskey and another called the Lower Cayhoskey, and a moiety of a meadow or pasture called the Meadow in the midst of the Lower Kayhoskey, and a moiety of 3 meadows (one called the greate meadowe, one the Moore meadowe and one the litle meadowe or Moore) with appurtenances Proviso for repayment at the new dwellinghouse of John Clercke in the township of Moorswood on 2 February 1623/4 or 2 February 1626/7 or 2 February 1629/30 or 2 February 1632/3 ,with £8.12.0 on every feast of the Purification or within 28 days of the feast

 

In that case, Clerke is to stand seized to use of Richard Yonge and Johane his wife and heirs of their bodies, in default of issue to use of Richard Yonge's right heirs

 

If they fail to pay the interest. Richard's interest in a term of years to be void

 

Covenant to levy fine. Covenant to deliver deeds if repayment is not made
