Description:

Approves of J.M.'s proposals to remove possibility of future disputes over word 'obstructions' in the Navigation Bill. He is sorry Mr. Jessop is on his circuit at such a critical time for he would have saved J.M. much trouble. Comments on Mr. F[oljambe]'s representation to the Duke of A[ncaster] that a cut on Thorpe Marsh would be injurious to his estate.
