To bro. Nathaniel Hancock Towle of the Bank of England, gent., and Roger Dawson of the High St., Southwark, (Surr), shoe warehouseman : freehold premises in East Leake occ.

 

William Kirk, and Maid Lane, Southwark, upon trust to pay clear rents, issues and profits to N.H.T.

 

To William Dudds Clarke, N.H.T. and R.D. : copyhold premises in or near Shoreditch (Mx.), in trust to pay clear rents etc. to W.D.C. and wife Eliz., niece of testator.

 

To Eliz. Dudds Clarke : 2 leasehold estates in Cranbourn St., Leicester Fields and leasehold house in Saville Row, Walworth for remainder of term; also all furniture, books, plate, linen, china and fixtures in house.

 

To sister Eliz. Turner : interest on £2,000 3% consolidated bank annuities for life.

 

To sister Hannah Towle and great nephew William Turner : interest as before stated (each.).

 

To niece Eliz. Nott : £100 and 5 Guineas for a ring.

 

To sister Hannah Towle : £10 for mourning.

 

To Mr. Nicholas Ridgeway : £10.
