Settlement on the marriage of Christopher Musgrave the younger, esq., Captain in H.M. Army (eldest son of Christopher Musgrave of Harley Street, esq.) to Charlotte Mary Lushington of Clifton, co. Yorks., spinster, being a conveyance by lease and release from Christopher Musgrave the elder and Anne Elizabeth his wife to trustees (Reverend Archer Clive of Solihull, clerk, and George Clive of Paper Buildings, Middle Temple) reciting nos. 25-26, 37, 41-4, of the manors of Botley and Henley-in-Arden, and the manor of Claverdon, and farms in Tanworth, Solihull, Aston Cantlow, Beaudesert, Packwood, Clifford Chambers and Alvechurch (specified in a detailed schedule).
