All real and personal estate to trustees and executors (John Green Flint, Wellesbourne, surgeon, Peter Moore, Charlecote, gent., John Horton, Wellesbourne, butcher; Thomas Maries, Hampton Lucy, shopkeeper)

 

In trust

 

Income to mother Elizabeth Foster for life, then

 

Interest on £1500 to Frances Saunders, Hampton Lucy, spinster, as long as unmarried, for maintenance of herself and her 2 children by the testator, viz: Elizabeth Foster alias Saunders and Benjamin Thomas Foster alias Benjamin Thomas Foster Saunders until 25.

 

If Frances marries before youngest child 21 then trustees to have guardianship of children and all of interest on £1500 for their support and to apprentice son. When both children 25, then £1000 of principal to be divided between them and interest on £500 to Frances Saunders if unmarried.

 

After her death or remarriage

 

£500 between testator's nephews and nieces:

 

Catherine Foster, Elizabeth Foster and Thomas Foster, the children of testator's brother William of Kineton, baker.

 

- Gold watch, seals and charm to son Benjamin Thomas Foster

 

- Use of household goods to Frances Saunders after death of testator's mother until youngest child 25 or marriage of Frances

 

- Shirts and cravats to son Benjamin Thomas Foster and nephew Thomas Foster.

 

- Residue of estate to nephew and nieces.
