Messuage and garden with the appurtenances in Tuffley, part of the Manor of Tuffley, 2 acres belonging to the manor of Hempsted abutting on Tredworth piece, 1 acre in Tredworth piece and an acre on Robinhood hill. Term - 10¾ years from 20th June 1670. Rent - £1-17-4 p.a., 2 fat hens on Shrove Tuesday, suit of court, 'paying take of swyne', and £5 heriot. Witnesses - Thomas Power, William Lambe Mathew Bower. |
