The papers are mainly concerned with the Hackney Abortion Campaign, of which Sarah Mudd was the secretary. They consist of leaflets, pamphlets, reports, minutes and agendas of the Hackney Campaign and various national campaigns such as the Abortion Law Reform Association, the National Abortion Campaign and the International Campaign for Abortion Rights. There is also some material relating to the Dalston Ward of Hackney South and Shoreditch Labour Party of which Sarah Mudd was a member.
