Note that William Thomas died 24 March 1803, and Edward Penbury died 7 March 1824, intestate, leaving his only sister Martha Lloyd who died intestate in 1826 leaving her niece Sarah Wakeman her heir-at-law. A deed is to be prepared appointing William Cludde of Orleton and the Rev. Edward Pryse Owen, Vicar of Wellington, as trustees in place of Penbury and Thomas.

N.B. No power in the settlement for appointing new trustees and Lady Wakeman is the heir at law of the heir of the surviving trustee.
