Bond in £150, 4 November 1788. 1. John Greenbank sen. of Lunds in Dent farmer, Joseph Greenbank of same place clogger and John Greenbank of Stonehouse in Dent farmer. 2. James Mason of Westhouse in Dent township yeoman and Thomas Hardacre of Dent yeoman and shopkeeper. Recital: Jane Greenbank of Dent township singlewoman delivered of male bastard child. Condition: (1) to indemnify (2) and inhabitants of Dent township against all expence caused by child. Witnesses: William Foxcroft, Richd Batty. |
