(i) Thomas Daunt, clerk

 

To (ii) Simon Daunt, both of Wotton-under-Edge.

 

- Cottage with adjacent curtilage, in the borough town [villa burgi] of Wotton, in a lane called Chepynglane between the tenement of Thomas Chambuleyn on one part, and the tenement of John Chepman on the other part, the curtilage containing in length 35 feet and in breadth 16 feet.

 

- To hold to (ii) and his heirs of the chief lords for the services owed, etc.

 

Warranty against all people.
