Involving Mr John Rigg and Thomas Leech . CE 1/Newt/9/4/2 includes a plan of the premises, bordering on the River Medlock, and Ten Acre Lane. CE 1/Newt/9/4/5 is a lease of the farmhouse called 'Baguley Fold' and the lands belonging therewith, being 69 acres, formerly in the tenure of Thomas Nixon. CE 1/Newt/9/4/1a is a court order concerning a dispute over the property between the Dean and Canons and the Leeds and Manchester Railway.
